Hello. I’m still just getting this blog up and running. So, things are still a little sparse. I recently spent a lot of time finishing my second book. However, thank you for your support and stopping by.
My name is Michaela. I am a homeschooling mother of three. My identical twin daughters suffer from severe multiple food allergies. I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant but working on also becoming a Health Practitioner. I love cooking and coming up with ways to make delicious food that are allergy free that my whole family can enjoy, both with and without allergies.
I am the author of the books, Make It Allergy Free and Make It Allergy Free Too, recipe and cookbooks about cooking for multiple food allergies. The books contain recipes that are free from the most common food allergens: gluten, wheat, egg, dairy, soy, corn, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish and gelatin. My books are available to order online from the website, Amazon, and select retailers. Make It Allergy Free is also FAAN approved and currently available on their website.
